By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Our offers and pricing

We offer services and digital products on this Website. The price of these services and digital products can be found listed on the Website. This price does not include taxes or other fees that you may be charged. We reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

Custom Services

The Client must provide access to the information and elements necessary, in a timely manner, for the proper execution of the Project.

We must efficiently and punctually fulfill the tasks entrusted to us and the obligations generated by the nature of the Project.

We cannot guarantee that the completed Project will be completely error free and therefore cannot be held liable to the Client or any Third Party for damages, including lost profits or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even with prior notice.

The Client shall monitor the execution of the Project, making the necessary observations. After the Customer confirms that the  Project is completed, no changes can be made. If changes are requested after confirmation by the Client of the completion of the Project, a fee will be charged according to what is requested.

After delivering the completed Projects to the Client, we have the right to display them on our website or in your portfolio, case studies, social media and/or websites/blogs where you promote your work.

Website Maintenance

By selecting a website maintenance plan, you agree to pay the stated one-time annual subscription fees (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). Subscription payments will be charged based on prepayment on the day you sign up for the plan and will cover your use of that service for an annual subscription period as indicated. Payments are non-refundable.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you are notified by email that you wish to cancel the subscription before the end of the applicable subscription period, and you will be charged the applicable annual subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card. credit or other payment mechanism that we have registered for you. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting us.

Site Express (Low Cost)

The cost of this service does not include domain name. If you don’t have a domain name, you will need to register and buy one before starting with us. If you have a domain name, we may need credentials for the domain name service provider so that we can point the domain name to the appropriate DNS records when the website launches. If the domain name is already pointing to an existing website that we are replacing, this step may not be necessary.

The installation of the Premium theme, the hosting and the email account are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase of the package, with the customer having to pay a fee of €25 at the end of each year to continue to enjoy the service. Premium theme, hosting,  security certificate and email account for another 1 year.

Before the end of each year of the plan, we will contact you to inform you that the period is ending and if the customer does not wish to pay the €25 fee, the site will automatically be offline. However, the customer can request, free of charge, up to 2 days before the expiration of his plan, to backup the site so that he can place it in another accommodation.

The installation of plugins is conditioned to the WordPress free plugins repository, unless the customer provides a PREMIUM plugin with a valid license. Installing pirated plugins is not allowed.

Templates Canva Pack and Professional Canva Pack

Canva Packs do not require Canva’s paid features. You will be able to create, edit and save your posts using the free version.

After payment you will receive an email with the link with access to all the material.

Editable templates are available via a link, which will open directly in your Canva account.

The Canva Pack is a lifetime product from your Canva account.

Divi Layouts and Modules

To have access to Divi Layouts and Modules it is necessary to have the Divi Theme.

After payment you will receive an email with the link with access to the material.

Purchases

When you make a purchase on the Website, you will be able to choose the third party payment processor that will collect your payment information and process your payment. You may make purchases using the following third party payment processor: PayPal. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by these third party payment processors. The following payment method(s) are accepted by the third party payment processors: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with any purchase and that the information that you supply to us and to the third party payment processor(s) is true, correct and complete.

Special Offers

All special offers and coupon codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase.

Cancellation policy

We do not offer you the ability to cancel any purchases that you have made of the services and digital products offered on our Website.

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased. We will not provide you with any notice prior to cancelling your purchase.

We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if we cancel your purchase.

Refund policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they may not work perfectly in every situation. We offer refunds on purchases made of the services and digital products offered on our Website. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting us with your order details along with a valid reason for the refund.

We offer refunds at our sole discretion on any purchases of the services and digital products offered on our Website for the following reason(s) only: the good, digital product or service failed to meet the warranties, if any and wrong description. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reasons other than those listed above.

Use of Stock Images

Some images used in our products demos are copyrighted by their respective owners and are subject to limited use. You do not have rights to reuse the images in their current or original formats without a license from the owner. We have used these images for demonstration purposes only and the product you purchase may contain placeholder images instead of any copyrighted material.

Subscriptions

This Website features products or services that are offered via a subscription model. A subscription model requires regular payments to receive a product or service. The initial term of the subscription is 1 year.

We do not offer the option to revoke your subscription shortly after making your purchase.

Automatic Renewals of Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription on the website, your subscription will automatically renew every year. We will automatically renew your subscription by using the payment method on file until you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel the automatic renewals of your subscription by email before your renew. Please note that you will no longer receive the items or services provided by the subscription on your cancellation effective date.

The cancellation of the automatic renewal of your subscription will become effective immediately upon you contacting us.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate your account anytime at our sole discretion. You can terminate your account by contacting us.

Course purchases

When purchasing a course, you will have access to the content for the lifetime of the course. You may not sell or share you login information or the content with anyone without explicit consent from Us. Failure to abide by these terms will result in your access being revoked, and no refund will issued.

By purchasing a payment plan, you are entering into an agreement with Us to complete all payments within that plan in full and on time. If you purchase a course using an offered payment plan and fail to make all payments required in that plan, you will lose access to the course and no refund will be issued.

When purchasing courses that offer ‘early bird enrolment’ you confirm you understand content is not avilable immediately and will be delivered at a later date. We will endeavour to keep you informed about planned delivery dates and any changes to those dates. If, for whatever reason, We are unable to delivery the course purchased, a full refund will be issued.
