Can I change the service(s) I have contracted?
Once the project has started, any requests for additions or alterations will be analyzed according to the demand and specificity of the service.
What is the deadline of the service?
The deadline will be stipulated on the contract. However, there may be some conditions if the Customer:
1. Do not send in digital support all the information necessary to start and develop the project;
2. Is not available to cooperate when necessary;
3. Request changes.
What are the accepted payment methods for the services?
Bank transfer is the preferred payment method, and bank details will be provided in the contract.
However, we accept payment via PayPal, credit card through PayPal, ATM and MB Way.
How does the payment work?
The Customer must pay 50% on the date of signing the contract for the beginning of the service, 30% in the middle of the service and 20% at the end.
